It is important for the user to pay attention to the information contained in these Terms of Use. When accessing, registering or using the services of this platform, the user accepts these Terms and enters into a binding contract with TLPV Solutions and Technologies. These Terms have the same effect as any other contract.
User account
The user must create an account to be able to make purchases and access the authenticated area of the platform. You must provide a valid email address to register and create a password. The user is fully responsible for his account and the protection of his password and credentials. The user is not allowed to share his password and/or access credentials with any other person, any damage or loss caused is the responsibility of the user. If the user suspects an account or password has been violated, we recommend changing it immediately and communicating with our Support. The user can also authenticate on the platform from an existing account in his name, such as Google, Apple, Facebook, etc. Likewise, the user is entirely responsible for this account, for its protection and for not sharing its credentials with another person. The account and user data may be deleted after one year of inactivity, this is a measure aimed at protecting user data. After deleting the account, the user will no longer have access to the platform and must create a new account, if he wants to use the platform services again. User also agrees that his account is non-transferable.

The platform is subject to interruption of its services, either due to an unknown problem on the website, for scheduled maintenance purposes or even due to a problem linked to a third-party company. We disclaim any guarantee regarding the reliability, punctuality, security, accuracy of the services or content disclosed on the platform. The Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The user assumes at his own risk the contracting of our services and/or content. And you acknowledge that we do not guarantee that you will obtain any specific result when using our services and/or content. At our discretion, we may stop making certain Services and/or content available without prior notice or reason. TLPV Solutions and Technologies will not be held responsible for any damages due to interruptions or unavailability of services and/or content.
Conflict resolution
We will use informal conflict resolution to address possible impasses. The user should contact customer service and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Likewise, as a complaining party, we will try to resolve any conflict directly with the user through a contact sent to the email registered in the user’s account. The complaining user must send his conflict resolution request to the email: contact@tlpvsolutions.com. The conflict resolution request will be done as follows: The complaining party must send an email to the other party reporting the problem with all the details. The email must contain the full name, email address and physical address of the complaining party, as well as a proposed resolution of the dispute. If the parties cannot reach an agreement through the informal dispute resolution procedure, the small claims court in Montréal, Québec, Canada will be the court of choice for dispute resolution.
Payments
This platform uses third party service for payment processing. When making a purchase on this platform, the user accepts this condition and declares to be aware that TLPV Solutions and Technologies is exempt from any responsibility regarding the user’s bank and payment data. This platform does not collect, store, request or have access to users’ banking and payment information. Upon completing the purchase on this platform, the user will be directed to the third-party payment platform of their choice. A valid payment method must be used by the user. Once the payment is confirmed, access to the videos will be made available in the user’s “my orders” tab. Promotional periods with discounts and offers are occasionally held for the sale of our products on the platform. The user must pay attention to the price shown at the time of finalizing the purchase, as this will be the price applied for the purchase. TLPV Solutions and Technologies is responsible for collecting and remitting taxes to Canadian tax authorities. These consumer sales taxes are added and viewed by the user at checkout.
Refunds
TLPV Solutions and Technologies believes in the quality of the content it produces, and that the knowledge transmitted is of great value and very affordable to its users. However, if you are dissatisfied with this content, we offer a refund within 15 days of purchase pursuant to this Refund Policy. Every refund request will be analyzed individually and privately. TLPV Solutions and Technologies reserves the right to refuse the refund and restrict the user from future refunds, if we believe that the user has used our refund policy in an abusive way. For example, if the user watches a significant part of the purchased videos and still asks for a refund, or if he has already received the refund due for previously purchased content. We also reserve the right to delete the account and/or restrict any further use of our services to any user we believe has been abusive. You will not be entitled to a refund if you have your account deleted or your access disabled due to violation of any of our terms and/or policy. Processing and review of the refund request will begin within a period of up to 30 calendar days after receipt of the user’s refund request. We will do our best to process and complete refund requests as soon as possible after receiving all documents, information and forms that may be requested from the user. If the refund request is accepted, the time required for the payment platform to process and return the amounts to the user must be added. The user must directly consult the payment platform used at the time of purchase, to find out about this return period and how the amounts will be returned to him. Videos
Videos can only be watched within the platform and after user authentication using their credentials. Videos can be watched on a computer (desktop), laptop or mobile device (cell phones and tablets). Your device needs to be connected to the internet to watch the videos. To view the videos in high definition we recommend a high speed internet connection. It is not possible to watch videos simultaneously on more than one device. All content (brands, images, videos, logos, etc.) published on the platform is protected by international copyright law. Users are prohibited from capturing images, downloading, copying, playing or changing videos on the platform. If we believe that the user has violated or attempted to violate the copyright of any content on the platform, he may have his account blocked immediately and without prior notice, and he may still be liable for the crime of copyright infringement. Any copy, reproduction or use of content (brands, images, videos, logos, etc.) is subject to authorization by TLPV Solutions and Technologies.
Period of access to videos on the platform
Single videos: The video purchased in single format (per unit) is valid for 3 months after the date of purchase. After this period, the user must make a new purchase to access the video again.
Video pack: Videos purchased in the package format are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. After this period, the user must make a new purchase to access the package again.
